Community users can use the online library catalog off campus to search the library's collection. Electronic databases and websites designated as “free” are available off campus as well. However, most of the Library’s electronic databases and E-Journals are exclusively for the use of currently enrolled UTEP students, staff, and faculty.

Community users may access all of the online resources on campus by using the community user’s computers. The community user's computers are located next to the Reference Desk on the second floor of the library, and in the Media & Microforms Department on the first floor.

For more information on the use of the UTEP Library by community users see the Community Users Policy.
