Hi. I'm trying to access articles on JSTOR and I keep receiving a page loading error.

Answer

If you are off campus and trying to access the databases remotely, please check that you have the UTEP GlobalProtect VPN set up on your home device. If you need assistance, please contact Technology Support. 

If the VPN is already set up on your device, and you see a "Page Loading Error" when you try to download a PDF, clear your cookies and cache, then try to download the article again. Please see the screenshot below to see how to do this in Google Chrome
